Returns & Exchanges

At Mondetta, we stand behind the quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
